Today, Bernie Moreno announced that notable businessmen Bob Pence and Todd Leebow are joining the U.S. Senate campaign’s steering committee. Pence and Leebow are known across the country for their work to advance a pro-America agenda within the business community. Alistair Begg, prominent northeast Ohio faith leader, is joining the steering committee as well.
“I’m honored to have the support of great patriots who will be key partners in this mission to create more economic opportunity,” said Bernie Moreno. “We are building a movement of Americans who believe that we can stop socialism and win for this country again.”

A graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University, he is the namesake of the school’s Pence Law Library. Robert Pence has served on the boards of many charitable, cultural and educational institutions including The Gary Sinise Foundation, The Kennedy Center, George Mason University, and the Wolf Trap Foundation. He holds multiple graduate degrees from Yale University and American University.

Leebow was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He is also a philanthropist in the Cleveland area, and he was recognized as a 2019 recipient of the Values-in-Action Foundation’s Sam Miller Goodness Award for contributions and service to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
“I’ve done business with Bernie over the years as a client of his. Bernie’s success in business represents the American dream. He’s been in the trenches and done the work himself. He’s a leader and a doer not afraid to take on any challenge put in front of him. When he reached out to me and we met about him running for Senate in Ohio, we spoke about the issues that matter and make America, America. I believe Bernie has the will and determination to represent our state and country the way it needs to be. Restoring our values and modernizing the approach to get things done. Bernie will represent both industry and American workers just like he ran his businesses. I support Bernie Moreno for senate to put Ohio back on top and show the way to rebuild the American Dream,” said Leebow.
